[Under 250 For Good!]
Weighed myself today, didn’t really expect too much as this week I don’t feel I have done as well as I could be doing, both in the world of food consumption and working out. 245.5 was what came up on the scale, and the fact that I am stably UNDER 250 made tears almost come to my eyes. I haven’t been under 250 since early high school, which was about 10 years ago. 10 years! Wow, the change is just stunning. I can see a bit of a difference in myself that I never thought I would ever see.
It’s becoming increasingly difficult to wear work pants that don’t constantly fall as I’m walking around. Both an awkward and great feeling.
