It still takes some getting used to, this eating slow and thuroughly chewing food thing. I’ve definitely improved, but there are definitely days like today that not even 5 bites into the meal I start feeling super sick because I wasn’t paying enough atten to how I’m eating. It’s a little challenging to negate 26 years of behavioral eating!
Be mindful of what and how you eat. Even without surgery it is healthier to slow down and let your body recognize what you’re eating and how much. I’m still learning :)
PS fit into size 18 capris! Haven’t worn 18s since freshman year in higschool or earlier! Last weigh in was 243.8… I cant even fathom that I’m close to 240! About 71 lbs lost from my highest point. Looking forward to dropping 71 more ;)
